LUCKYOPT provides a structured process for returns, exchanges, and refunds, designed to clarify expectations for customers.
Return and Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order. Items should be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags. Requests made after 30 days may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility and Inspection
Returned products are inspected upon receipt. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing accessories may not be accepted. Defective or damaged items are generally eligible for a refund or replacement.
Service and Handling Fees
For defective or incorrect products, LUCKYOPT typically covers return shipping costs. Returns for personal reasons are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Shipping
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. LUCKYOPT cannot be responsible for items lost in transit if a non-trackable method is chosen.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact our customer service team with your order number to begin a return or exchange. Instructions will include the return address, packaging guidance, and any required documentation.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are usually processed within 7 days after inspection, returned to the original payment method. Replacement items are shipped after returned items pass inspection. Any price differences may apply.
Items Not Eligible
Items may not be accepted for return if:
- Used or washed
- Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Designated as non-returnable on the product page
Privacy and Verification
Information collected during the return process is used solely for processing returns and exchanges. Photos, receipts, or other verification may be requested to confirm eligibility.
